Copyright: By checking this box, I declare that I hold the necessary rights to the content I make available on the Bulles platform and I grant Humain Pluriel a non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license valid for the duration of copyright protection, allowing the use, distribution, adaptation, and integration of the content as part of the Bulles project and its platform, on any current or future media. I hereby waive the exercise of my moral rights insofar as my content and works may be adapted according to the needs of the platform, Humain Pluriel, and/or the Bulles project.

Consent to Participation: By checking this box, I declare and warrant that I am giving my free and informed consent, or that I have obtained the consent of my parent(s) or legal guardian(s), in order to use and contribute to the Bulles platform in accordance with the platform’s Privacy and Confidentiality Policy and Terms of Use. When the creation or support of the bubble is carried out by a teacher or by the school, the teacher or school declares by checking this box that the required consent from parents or legal guardians has been duly obtained. I agree to use the Bulles platform in a respectful manner. I acknowledge that any abusive behavior or content that infringes upon the rights of a third party may result in the removal of my contribution and/or the suspension of my access to the platform.
